Daniel Arena – Personal Trainer
With over 20 years of experience in personal training and coaching, I bring a deep passion for health, wellness, and helping people transform their lives. I specialize in small group training, private and semi-private sessions, weight loss and nutrition coaching, senior and youth fitness, strength and conditioning, and sport-specific performance.
My fitness journey began in Upstate New York, where I grew up surrounded by both sports and the challenges of obesity in my family. These early experiences inspired me to pursue a path rooted in movement and strength. I started training at age 15 to prepare for JV football, and nearly three decades later, I’ve never left the gym. Fitness, natural bodybuilding, and optimizing movement through proper kinetic chain function have become lifelong passions.
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education and Health Science, and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I’m also CPR/AED certified and have completed seven NASM specializations, including Performance Enhancement (PES), Group Training, Youth and Senior Fitness, TRX, and Nutrition Coaching.
I follow the NASM OPT training model, using periodization and structured progression to help clients reach their goals safely and effectively. My coaching style is dynamic, supportive, and customized to each individual. Whether you’re new to fitness or an experienced athlete, I’m here to provide structure, accountability, and variety—so you can achieve your goals and build a lifestyle you love.
