With over two decades of expertise, Michelle specializes in women’s fitness, including prenatal and postnatal exercise, strength training, weight management, and functional fitness. She works with clients at One To One Fitness Center, providing personalized programs that transform lives through education, encouragement, and results-driven strategies.
Michelle’s journey into fitness began in her early twenties when her passion for exercise and nutrition evolved into a fulfilling career. She trained at Fitness Institute International, earning certifications as a Personal Training Specialist, Fitness Instructor, and Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Her dedication to continuous learning ensures she provides her clients with the latest, most effective training methods.
